CleverTask is an all-in-one team of website, design, copywriting and automation experts. We helps companies delegate their website, design, copywriting, and automation tasks without needing to hire or deal with random freelancers — all for a flat monthly rate.

A task is a single piece of work that you want to delegate. So a complete website redesign is NOT a single task but a project.

A task would be then, for example, ‘creating a new homepage design concept’ or developing one page. Click on "Tasks" in the menu bar above and see a list of common tasks you can outsource to us.

If you can’t find anything on the list you need help with, feel free to reach out and ask.

On average, most requests are completed in one to two business days however, more complex requests can take longer. We'll make sure to always keep you in the loop on the estimated time your requested task will take to be completed.

After you complete your sign up process, you will be sent to our onboarding questionnaire that will ask for your general business information, your first task, and scheduling your onboarding call.

After we received your submission, we will set up your account in our project management tool (ClickUp) and prepare your task for the next shift. Even before your onboarding call.

Once your dashboard is set up, we will create a unique form link for your task requests, so they land immediately in your dashboard for your project manager to pick up.
